My photography is of places I have personal connections to going back decades and many years, go to ‘The Photos’ drop down menu above, see the ‘Dirty Old Town’ or the ‘New Brighton, Over The Water’ sections for more on that. This website is about the photographs I’ve been taking since around 2007 and eventually the short films I’ve been making since around 2010 on the streets of Liverpool where I come from documenting what’s left of the Liverpool way of life I grew up in.
Photo below of Alan in a Docklands pub, my Dad’s local on the corner of the street next to the long gone street where my Dad was born, which was over the road from the street where I was born, the photo is from ‘The Ale House’ section found in the ‘Photo Galleries’ in the top menu above showing the pictures I’ve taken of people and goings on in what’s left of the old fashioned traditional pubs of Liverpool, like the old fashioned Liverpool pubs I was born in and grew up in a long long time ago.
